Jamieson Ridenhour is a horror writer, playwright, and audio producer. He wrote and produced Palimpsest and Highgate Wood, wrote the werewolf murder-mystery Barking Mad (Typecast, 2011), and wrote and directed the award-winning short horror films Cornerboys, The House of the Yaga, and Ratcatcher. His ghost play Grave Lullaby was a finalist for the Kennedy Center’s David Cohen Playwriting award in 2012. Jamie has a Ph.D. in Victorian Gothic fiction. In addition to publishing scholarly articles on Dickens, LeFanu, and contemporary vampire film, he edited the Valancourt edition of Sheridan LeFanu’s Carmilla (2009) and wrote a book-length study of urban gothic fiction, In Darkest London (Scarecrow, 2014). He has taught writing and literature for over twenty-five years.
Andrew K. Clark is a writer from Western North Carolina where his people settled before the Revolutionary War. His debut novel, Where Dark Things Grow (Cowboy Jamboree Press) was a finalist for the Manly Wade Wellman Award, shortlisted for the Sir Walter Raleigh Fiction Award, and won an IPPY from the Independent Book Publishers Awards. The sequel, Where Dark Things Rise (Quill and Crow Publishing House) won an IPPY from the Independent Book Publishers Awards, an IndieReader Discovery Award, and was a finalist for the Next Generation Indie Book Award. His poetry collection, Jesus in the Trailer, was short-listed for the Able Muse Book Award. Hollow Folk (Quill and Crow, September 2026) is his third novel.
